Chinese manufacturing plants, especially small to medium-sized factories, tend to focus on shipping as many products as possible to maximize profits. Consequently, their internal inspection quality standards are often very low. When asking factory managers or quality control personnel, they all claim that their internal inspection standards are strict. However, observing the production lines reveals frequent instances of no inspection or overlooked inspections. Even if factories have obtained ISO or Disney certifications, very few adhere to the certification requirements. The purpose of obtaining these certifications is not to improve company management or development but to enhance customer trust and increase orders.
Given this situation, it becomes clear why the lifespan of Chinese companies is often short. To address this issue, the presence of third-party inspection companies is essential. We, Daily Planet Ltd., conducts third-party inspections, but this is merely an inevitable measure.
We strive to improve the management level of Chinese manufacturing plants and the quality of their own products. Specifically, we provide suggestions for improving production processes and offer quality management training to help factories maintain high quality standards independently. Additionally, through regular audits and feedback, we aim to enhance the quality awareness of the factories and encourage continuous improvement. This not only allows us to provide our customers with reliable products but also enhances the competitiveness of the factories themselves.
Our goal is not just to point out problems but to enable factories to fundamentally transform and autonomously manage quality. This is the true significance of our existence as a third-party inspection company and the direction we aim to pursue.
